“This service appointment was great. I genuinely appreciate the rapid response to our call. That said, the fact we’ve now had the same issues with loose wiring dating back to the April 2025 work is incredibly problematic. It’s bad for a customer to have septic issues caused by questionable work and bad for the business to continually have to send technicians back to fix the issues.”

First off the dispatch person Renisha, was very polite and understanding, she did her best and went above and beyond to get a crew out here. Then, you talk about the crew too young hard-working lads, Damiayn and Trevin. Smart, and hard working, from the moment they jumped out of the truck. We had a serious cleanout backup by the baffle., and they took care of that, and that took some work. To conclude, the price was reasonable. The service was outstanding. “Justin and Trevyn (sp) came out Sunday due to our alarm going off. After check boxing all that it could be, they found that it was the pump. They made sure that the floaters were good, and changed out the pump, and even pumped out some of the solids, even though we just did this a year ago, just to ensure that all would work properly. They answered ALL my questions, patiently, and even gave some very sound advise. We have never had an issue with Speedy, and have always used them, and will continue to use them. Every one of their team members are exceptional!!!”
